1.   Promotion Overview

The “Members-Only Giveaway” is a trade promotion lottery conducted by the Promoter. Entry is available exclusively to registered members of the Sadek Racing Giveaway program during the relevant promotional period.

2.   Membership and Entry

1. Membership is capped at a maximum of 5,000 members for the period

05/09/2025 to 06/10/2025.

2. Each membership provides entry into the giveaway for a $30,000 Voucher to spend at Sadek Motor Group or $15,000 Cash.
3. No existing memberships have been carried over from prior promotions. Each entrant will be assigned a new membership number starting from #001
4. Each member will receive 30 entries into the Giveaway upon payment of the membership fee of $29.99.
5. No additional or accumulative entries will apply (e.g., no multipliers such as 5x, 10x, or 15x entries).
6. Memberships are month-to-month with no lock-in contracts, and members may cancel at any time.

4.   Entry Eligibility

1. Entry is open only to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over, excluding residents of the ACT and South Australia.

7.   Unclaimed Prizes

If the prize is unclaimed by the date specified in the schedule, the prize will be redrawn in accordance with NSW Fair Trading requirements.

8.   Consumer Rights

These rules do not limit or restrict any rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or any other applicable Australian legislation.

9.   Dispute Resolution

Any disputes regarding the Promotion will be handled directly between the Promoter and the entrant. If a dispute cannot be resolved, the Promoter’s decision will be final, subject to the approval of NSW Fair Trading.

10.   Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Entrants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

1. Disputes relating to the Promotion
If there is a dispute concerning the conduct of the Promotion or the claiming of a prize, the Promoter will first seek to resolve the matter in direct consultation with the entrant.
If the dispute cannot be resolved, the Promoter’s decision will be final, subject to applicable laws and regulatory requirements.

2. Disputes relating to Website Use, Purchases, and Memberships
The Website General Terms of Use provide that the Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
By participating, entrants and users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales for any legal disputes.
This applies to disputes involving: purchases of merchandise or memberships, use of the Sadek Racing website, and obligations under membership or account access.

3.Consumer Rights
Nothing in the Terms excludes or modifies statutory rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
If disputes involve consumer guarantees (e.g., defective goods or services), entrants retain their rights to escalate matters through consumer protection regulators such as NSW Fair Trading or the ACCC.
